• How And When Do I Pay?

  We would always ask that the full invoice be settled prior to installation. A deposit is also required on confirmation of the order to secure the date.

• How Much Does A Marquee Cost?

  The hire of a marquee will differ in price depending on the size of the marquee, number of guests, accessories and finish. The best way to find out how much it will cost is to get in touch with your requirements and we can provide you with a quote.

• Will Your Marquees Damage Our Garden?

  We take every care to ensure as little damage is done to your garden. However there can be residual damage from the pins and the flooring, which may discolour the grass due to lack of sunlight. It should return back to normal within a few days.

• Could A Marquee Damage Cables Or Pipes Running Underneath The Site?

  Yes, all our marquees use stakes to secure them down, so all underground water, gas, electrical and fibre optic cables and pipes must be clearly marked out. They’re also the hirers responsibility to make us aware of these prior to installation taking place.

• Can The Marquee Be Connected To A Building?

  Marquees can be built as close as possible to buildings to create an extension. This is a very popular option when it comes to the colder months.

• Are Your Marquees Waterproof?

  Yes, our marquees are flame and water proofed to industry standards.

• Can Your Marquees Be Opened Up In Warm Weather?

  Yes, all the walls can be rolled up or drawn back. This can be shown how to do on installation.

• Can I Make Last Minute Change To My Marquee?

  This is possible subject to availability and would be preferable if these could be confirmed a week or two prior to the event.

• How Long Is Your Marquee Hire Period?

  Our standard hire is based on 5 days, but this is flexible depending on the customers requirements. We may need to charge additional weeks hire for extended periods.

• Where Can You Erect A Marquee?

  A marquee can be erected almost anywhere although the ideal surface would be a fairly even grassed area. However, if this isn’t the case we can still overcome this with different flooring options. Our marquees are also suitable for alternative surfaces e.g. gravel, tarmac, block paved area.

• Do I Need A Power Supply For One Of Your Marquees?

  Our marquees do not need any extra power requirements unless you are providing catering of having a band etc. We can normally run our cables 50m to the nearest power supply. Otherwise we would consider using a generator which we could assist you with sourcing.

• How Are The Marquees In Bad Weather?

  Unless exceptional weather conditions i.e. winds over 60mph, you shouldn’t experience any problems in our marquees.

• How Soon After My Event Will The Marquee Be Taken Down?

  Within the summer period, we tend to work off the day following the event unless prior arrangements are agreed.

• Can You Supply Other Things Apart From The Marquee?

  We have a wide range of accessories which often get used with our marquees i.e. flooring, lining, lighting, furniture etc. We also work closely with a number of suppliers for toilets, generators, crockery etc. so can also assist with sourcing these.

• Do You Offer Marquees For Long-Term Hire?

  All of our marquee sizes are available for long-term hire. We tailor this around your individual needs, although the longer term of hire, the better rates we can offer.

• How Soon Can The Marquee Be Installed?

  We work to ensure that our marquees are put up in a timely manner for the event. At least the day before to allow you enough preparation time and add your own touches. However, if you have any strict deadlines, we can do our best to work with them.
